20 Trailblazers Leading The Way In Robot Vacuum Deals

Top Black Friday and Cyber Monday Robot Vacuum Deals

This is your chance to own a robotic vacuum. CNET's best-rated models will be available during Black Friday and Cyber Monday, with discounts up to 57%.

The Roborock Q7 Max is a powerful robot with smart mapping and app-based no go zones. Its 180-minute running time is impressive. It also self-empties and automatically refills its water tank.

1. Roomba j7+ from iRobot

The Roomba j7+, iRobot’s smartest robot to date, is the Roomba J7+. The most significant innovation, however, is its camera-based obstacle-detection technology. It makes use of AI to recognize objects like charging cords and shoes. It's also the first to automatically send you photos of the object it comes across to let you know to avoid it in the future.

The Combo J7+ is the best robot mop that we have ever tested. It picks up dirt and spills effortlessly and leaves no trace of it was there. It's easy to control using the iRobot Home app, which lets you schedule cleaning and create Keep Out Zones to make sure it doesn't clean areas you do not want it to. It's compatible with Alexa or Google Assistant so you can start and stop it by voice.

The design is also better than the other models. It has a sleek, top piece that looks like an toy, not the loud and annoying robot. Clean Base Automatic Dirt disposal It also self-empties which can cut down on cleaning time.

In our tests, we found that the j7+ quickly removed dust, dirt, and hair from pets. The rubber brushes that counter-rotate kept the debris in its place instead of scattering it across the floor. It was able to capture small gravel, sand and even a little grit. The majority of robots cannot accomplish this feat. And all this without getting caught in our pet's shedding hair.

Although it's not as smart as the $1,217 Roomba s9+ Auto-Emptying Vacuum, and it's not able to clean stairs, the J7+ is an excellent option for those who need both mopping and a vacuum in their home. It's not expensive and the iRobot App makes it easy to use.

The iRobot Home App is easy to use, however we found it less reliable than other robotic cleaner applications. It can take some time to download updates, and often it's difficult to tell whether the update is working until you see it in action.

2. Roborock Q5+

If you want a robot vacuum cleaner that can do more than simply clean your floors A hybrid is the best option. These machines are equipped with a water tank so they can mop and vacuum at the same time. They also come with various additional features like smart mapping, small object avoidance, and the capability to wash and dry mopping pads. They are expensive at retail, but they often are reduced on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

Roborock produces several of our top robotic vacuums, and the Q5+ doesn't perform to the standards. This is their least expensive auto-empty model, and while it's not equipped with certain features you'll find on higher-end models (like no-go zones and multi-story memory) it's still an excellent choice if you're willing to compromise a bit in order to save hundreds of dollars.

The Q5+ is noticeably gentle around obstacles like tables and walls which makes it a great option for homes with a lot of furniture. It's also very thorough in removing dust bunnies. This is a place where most robot vacuums of lower quality do not excel in. The technology for navigation in the Q5+ is fantastic too, with very little misses in corners and on walls.

Like other Roborock devices like the Q5+, the Q5+ can be controlled by the buttons on the device or through the Roborock app. The app lets you start and stop cleaning. You can also set schedules, create virtual barrier and no-go areas and alter your home map, or re-label rooms.

If you select the Q5+ it comes with a new auto-emptying dock, designed to make this robot easier to maintain. It requires a screwdriver to install, but once in place, emptying the bin is easy. It features a large LCD screen that is very useful in setting up schedules and altering settings. This isn't an essential feature for most people but it will assist you in keeping track of your robot's maintenance intervals easily.

3. Narwal Freo X Ultra

The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a clever, well-rounded mop and vacuum. It's capable of both vacuuming and mopping. Its design and features are some of the most advanced available however, it's also expensive.

It is a relatively small base station that looks beautiful and can be hidden when not in use. The main reason to buy the station is that it automates many tasks, functions, and chores that other robots have to leave to you. It stores clean and dirty water, electrolyzes and heats the water (which the majority of other robots require you to do), empties the dustbin after vacuuming, and helps keep your robot clean and charged.

Its vacuuming performance is quite impressive, too. It's the few robovacs I've tested that does an excellent job of picking up debris on plain floors, and is not as loud as the more expensive Roomba 980 or iRobot the 900 series.

But the Freo X Ultra has its faults, especially in terms of navigation.  auto vacuum cleaner  and LiDAR sensors aren't as reliable and reliable as other robovacs, which means it can get stuck or confused in certain areas of the home. It's also unable to climb stairs like other models and doesn't come with a docking station to create a cleaning area for plush carpets.

Although it doesn't have as much in the way of cleaning options available in its app or as many shortcuts within the app as other robovacs, the Freo X Ultra is still a top choice for those seeking a great all-round robot vacuum and mop that's worth the premium price cost.

If you're looking to save money or don't want to think about the limitations of this robot There are many other options available which include a variety of eufy models for considerably less. The eufy Qrevo Curv, for example is less expensive and provides a similar in-app experience with more features, including stairs, a fully-function dock, and superior overall vacuuming performance on bare floors as well as high and low-pile carpets.

4. eufy RoboVac G30

Eufy, an Anker company is a long-standing leader of creating robot vacuums that strike the perfect balance between features, performance and price. The G30 Hybrid is no different and offers a powerful cleaning of hard floors as well as mopping, carpets and other surfaces at a reasonable price. It's easy to set up by snapping one of the side brushes on, turn it on and plug in the charging dock. The app will guide you through the steps to connect your G30 to your Wi-Fi. You'll need to leave the dock near an electrical outlet and plenty of room to allow it to move around, however.

The G30 is small, 2.85 inches tall to be exact and will fit under many sofas and other furniture with low clearance. Its design isn't as ostentatious when compared to rival models. It features a sleek black finish with three physical buttons for Auto Cleaning start/pause (which scrubs an area in a spiral pattern for two minutes), Recharge, and Spot Cleaner. You can also connect the G30 to Amazon Alexa or Google Home to do unscheduled cleaning with voice commands.

The way in which the G30 cleans is what sets it apart from its rivals. It uses an integrated map to make an image of the immovable objects in its path. It remembers the items it has cleaned and where it cannot access. When it's time to recharge, it automatically returns to its base, and then resumes cleaning where it left off.

The eufy G30 isn't without faults, though. The iRobot Roomba is more durable and has lower cost of operation. It charges faster, has a similar battery life, and performs better on bare carpet or floors with low pile. It comes with a larger dust bin that does not require the same amount of emptying. It also comes with boundaries that prevent it from certain areas. The G30 is more affordable and simpler to maintain. Its smaller canister means it doesn't have to be empty as often and it's less difficulty with bulky items like cereal.
